Bill Baird, Ethan Smith, Jordan Johns, and Jonathan Horne comprise the Austin, Texas-based post-punk and krautrock band, Heavy Meddo. Known for their surreal lyricism, analog tape manipulation, and sprawling, guitar-driven sound, the four-piece blends fuzzy psychedelia with Texan swagger, drawing comparisons to a collision between Stereolab and the Butthole Surfers.
