Uchiko Chef de Cuisine Steven Attwood and the Uchiko team will join Garrison Brothers Founder Dan Garrison at Garrisons Brothers beautiful distillery in Hye for an evening of sweet and savory dishes specifically crafted to complement special bourbon pairings and cocktails selected for this dinner.
*Menu highlights include:
-oysters roasted red pepper, shio kombu,
-hirame crudo chayote squash, pickled strawberries, rhubarb zu
-blackened cod spiced miso marinade, charred snow pea leaves, xo beurre monte
-ribeye whiskey tare, lacto fermented ramps, burnt honey maitake

Garrison Brothers features include a variety of cocktails and neat pours, including Balmorhea and the highly sought after Lady Bird Bourbon.
Tickets are $235 per person plus tax and gratuity. Whisky pairings will also be included. Uchiko politely declines modifications to accommodate allergies.
