Uchibā Austin July Uncommon Ramen
Inspired by the flavors of Hawai‘i, McConnell's menu showcases a saimin-style ramen with shoyu-glazed Spam, kamaboko and Chinese hot mustard for $28, alongside a vegetarian saimin with smoked cabbage, inari and ajitama egg for $20. Guests can also enjoy pork belly skewers finished with passionfruit tare, black garlic and mustard seed for $15. Available for one night only beginning at 5 p.m., this special collaboration offers a unique opportunity to experience Chef McConnell's Hawaiian-inspired take on ramen at Uchibā.
