April Uncommon Ramen at Uchibā Austin
Uncommon Ramen is a monthly series at Uchibā, typically held on the first Monday, but this month moves to the second Monday. This edition features a special menu by Josh Garcia, inspired by bold Houston flavors and his grandmother’s Mexican cooking. Expect a rich oxtail ramen layered with corn miso spice bomb, charred cabbage, and roasted tomato, alongside a vibrant veggie ramen with roasted kabocha, greens, and that same craveable spice bomb. Lastly, an enchilada skewer with chicken, salsa verde, and crema rounds out the menu. Join us for this Uchibā tradition on April 13th!
