(ROUND ROCK, Texas) — Wine lovers are invited to an evening of elevated dining at The Ruby Hotel & Bar on Wednesday, February 26, 2026, at 7 p.m. The Ruby will host a ticketed private wine dinner featuring Serendipity Wines, where guests will enjoy a guided tasting experience paired with a four-course menu.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, The Ruby Old Fashioned, followed by a four-course dinner. The multi-course menu includes selections such as potato pavé with caviar, sage brown butter scallops, slow-braised short rib with creamy risotto, and flourless chocolate cake, each paired with wines from Burgundy, South Africa, Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, and Italy’s Langhe region.
