The Ruby Hotel & Bar Launches December Cocktails for a Cause Benefiting Texas Advocacy Project

(ROUND ROCK, Texas) — This December, the Ruby Hotel & Bar invites guests to toast the season while giving back. The team has announced four special Cocktails of the Month, with a portion of proceeds supporting Texas Advocacy Project, a nonprofit that provides free legal services to Texans facing a range of power-based abuses such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The menu features four holiday-inspired creations crafted with Texas spirits, seasonal ingredients, and festive flair: Santa’s Little Helper A cozy, energizing holiday sip with Cinnamon Moonshine, cinnamon simple syrup, orgeat, cold brew, fresh orange, and condensed milk. Served in a coupe and topped with cinnamon sugar. Don’t Be Elfish A luscious clarified milk punch featuring hibiscus tea vodka, pinot noir, simple syrup, and lemon, combined with Drambuie, walnut bitters, and egg white. Served elegantly in a Nick & Nora glass. Griswold A bright, wintery blend of Shiner Moonshine, Campari, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup, served in a jam jar and garnished with a green cherry. Resting Grinch Face A silky, spirited mix of Shiner Gin, pistachio syrup, lemon juice, egg white, bitters, and a touch of green glitter.
