The Last Drop Distillers: Wagyu & Rare Spirits
An intimate dinner with The Last Drop Distillers, featuring special guest Rebecca Jago. Guests will be guided through a rare lineup of aged spirits, including: a 32 year single malt Irish whiskey, a 25 year Caroni rum from the now-silent Trinidad distillery, a 22 year Infinitum rum blend, an ultra-aged extra añejo tequila, and a historic 1870 tawny port. The evening includes a six-course tasting menu centered on Japanese wagyu, with each course exploring a distinct preparation from savory to dessert. Reservations are available exclusively for parties of two and include access to a bottle allocation from The Last Drop Distillers.
