Santa's Afterparty at Swim Club

Swim Club’s Rodeo Room will transform into a sparkling winter wonderland, inviting guests to eat, drink, and be merry all season long. The bar program—curated by Travis Tober of Nickel City and Murray’s Tavern—features Santa-approved holiday cocktails, from rich, dessert-inspired sips to festive, fruit-forward classics. Executive Chef Mitch Austin complements the menu with seasonal small bites, including elevated takes on holiday favorites. Weather permitting, guests can also enjoy s’mores on the lawn with a private fire pit, choosing between a traditional sweet setup or a savory twist featuring brie, salami, crackers, and fig jam.
