Tiki Week at Suerte, Este and Bar Toti


The week will feature a special menu of tiki-inspired cocktails, with each restaurant offering two cocktails created by Bar Director, Patrick Wasetis, recently named to Cheers Magazine’s ‘40 Under 40’ list and his talented bar teams. Guests can collect stamps on a TIKI Week card for each featured cocktail they try. The first 50 guests to complete the tiki tour across all three East Austin restaurants will receive a limited-edition TIKI Week t-shirt. TIKI Week Menus Include:   Suerte Miami Spice: a strawberry daiquiri with jalapeño piña colada foam Cassini Division (frozen): mezcal, passionfruit, mango, falernum, pepita orgeat and lemon  Este La Perla Dorada: Puerto Rican & Demerara rum, buñuelo batter, orange, lime and angostura bitters Garden Swizzle: Cachaça, green chartreuse, falernum, kiwi, basil and banana Bar Toti Bow Tai: Jamaican rum blend, amaro averna, orgeat, lime, and milk-clarified La Joya Nacional: Puerto Rican rum, oloroso sherry, pineapple, apricot and tiki bitters Select cocktails will be served in TIKI Week commemorative glassware, available for purchase at $10 each.
