Every Thursday starting at 3 p.m., the Executive Chef and beverage director of Stella San Jac will come together to present a tasting menu tailored to Texas: a lineup of exclusive bourbon and rare whiskey pours accompanied by housemade biscuits and seasonal accouterments.
Tastings include three 1oz pours from a weekly featured distiller or grouping of specialty bottles.
*Please note that evening reservations begin at 5 pm, and we accept walk-ins from 3-5 for Bourbon & Biscuits, our mid-day menu, and our weekday Happy Hour*
