SMOKE at Omni Barton Creek: Legends of Flame VIP Dinner (21+)
Kick off the Omni Barton Creek’s inaugural SMOKE: A Celebration of Fire and Flavor weekend with a special VIP dinner on Friday, Aug. 1, hosted by acclaimed chefs Evan LeRoy, Kevin Lee and Omni: Barton Creek’s own, Steve Gustafson. The multicourse VIP dinner celebrates the heritage, technique and creativity behind each chef's unique approach to the flavor and technique of barbecue. The evening will feature expertly paired beverages, ranging from fine wines to bold bourbons, alongside elevated dishes that tell a story of smoke, skill, and Southern flavor. There will also be live acoustic performances by Texas musician Jade Marie Patek, all set against the gorgeous backdrop of the Omni’s luxury Texas Hill Country destination.
