Buddha taught that our human life is very precious, rare and meaningful. It’s our spiritual practice that gives our life meaning and by applying our practice at the time of death we can die joyfully and experience pure, lasting happiness in all our future lives.
During these Sunday classes, Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at KMC Austin will share the basics on the Buddhist view of life, death and rebirth.
These classes are suitable for everyone!
April 6 & 20 in person classes will be at SoCo Studio - My Vinyasa. Turn at City Vet and Tropical Cafe.
April 13 & 27 in person classes will be at Highland Studio - My Vinyasa. Next door to Bennu Coffee. Free street parking (Street and Garage)
