SoCo Women's Chorus presents SPACE - a spring concert featuring bold reimaginings of beloved songs alongside acclaimed contemporary choral works, all inspired by the cosmos.
Hear fresh choral arrangements of David Bowie's "Space Oddity," The Beatles' "Across the Universe," Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun," Sara Bareilles' "Gravity," "Moon River" -- plus Eriks Esenvalds' breathtaking "Stars," Marie-Claire Saindon's "The Girl With The Numbers" (the story of NASA pioneer Katherine Johnson, as told in Hidden Figures), and Austin-based composer Ritika Bhattacharjee's "The Infinity of Space." It will be a night for choral fans and first-timers alike.
ASL-Accessible Seating: Both the Saturday and Sunday concerts will have a designated seating section with clear visibility of an American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter. This option is available for all ticket types.
