A new mocktail will debut every week in January, and Este invites guests to stop by to sample them all.
Este x Bawi Mocktail Menu and Schedule:
Jan. 6–12: Guava Batida - A tropical blend of Bawi guava, ginger beer, spiced coconut cream, grapefruit juice, and lime.
Jan. 13–19: Chilly Chile - A zesty concoction of Bawi passionfruit, orange, hot honey, and lime.
Jan. 20–26: Early Bird - Wake up your taste buds with Bawi pineapple, aperitif syrup, molasses, and lime.
Jan. 27–31: La Patraña - A bold mix of Bawi lime, tonic water, raspberry syrup, and rhubarb bitters (non-alcoholic).
