Absolute Beginning Ballet for Adults || A 6-week Workshop for Adults (@ Dell JCC)

This workshop is one of the most popular Ballet Austin offers. And yes, we start at the absolute beginning. Designed for adults who have never had a ballet class, this workshop teaches ballet from the very beginning. At the end of the session, you will have learned some of the fundamental positions, vocabulary, and basic principles of ballet. Ballet is also a wonderful, low impact way to stay active! Date & Time options: ​(Workshops meet one hour weekly) Mondays, July 14 – August 18: 9:00am to 10:00am (6 weeks) – Mia Moi Mondays, July 14 – August 18: 7:00pm to 8:00pm (6 weeks) – Juliet Wallace Wednesdays, June 16 – August 20: 5:30pm – 6:30pm (6 weeks) – Zoe Segura Instructors: Mia Moi, Juliet Wallace & Zoe Segura.
