Anklets in the Boardroom - An Interactive Theatre Project

Anklets in the Boardroom - An Interactive Theatre Project By Leela - An Indian Community Theatre In collaboration with Global Coaching Works, LLC Real stories. Raw truths. Asian women step into the spotlight to share powerful accounts of workplace discrimination—and invite you to step in with them. Through Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed, this immersive performance moves beyond the stage. You’ll engage, reflect, and discover how to shift power and perspective—together. What to Expect: 🔹 Authentic Stories: Hear firsthand the experiences of Asian women navigating discrimination in the workplace, shared with raw honesty and vulnerability. 🔹 Interactive Engagement: Participate in thought-provoking discussions and activities that invite you to reflect on power dynamics and explore pathways to change. 🔹 Healing Atmosphere: Be enveloped in a supportive and empathetic environment, where empathy and understanding pave the way for healing and empowerment. Share an evening of insights, empathy, and collective healing with us as we amplify the voices of Asian women in the workplace.
