Alegría: The Spanish Renaissance
The Texas Early Music Project singers and instrumentalists present Alegria. The Spanish Renaissance produced some of the most poignantly beautiful music imaginable as well as works that are infectiously joyful, especially the effervescent ensaladas by Mateo Flecha. Voices, viols, lutes, and sackbuts will reverberate throughout the program. ¡Bailamos!
