The Jigglewatts Burlesque: Surreal Masquerade
The Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue invites you to surrender to the exquisite unknown at The Jigglewatts Burlesque: Surreal Masquerade, an opulent evening of burlesque and dreamlike spectacle at 7:00 p.m. (doors at 6:00 p.m.) Friday, May 8 at The 29th Street Ballroom, 2906 Fruth St. in Austin, Texas. For one dazzling night only, guests 21+ are summoned into a world of masked splendor, art and illusion, as fantasy flickers at the edge of a dream.

Surreal Masquerade imagines the masquerade ball anew: as a living work of art — sensual, sculptural, and thrillingly untamed. In this fever dream of metamorphosis and desire, aristocrats and apparitions mingle as strange muses and dazzling creatures drift through the shadows. The effect is lavish and disorienting in the most delicious way.
Guests are invited to arrive as their most dazzling fiction: masked, adorned, and transformed in metallics, dramatic silhouettes, celestial flourishes, and all the fabulous details your otherworldly alter ego desires. Become feral, divine, or entirely invented. At Surreal Masquerade, the audience is not merely a witness, but part of the fantasy itself.
The cast stars Jigglewatts Ruby Joule, Something Blue, Ruby Lamb and Selma Bawdy, joined by special guests Raven Rose (AR), Devin Alfather and Hibiscus Bloom!
