Gentle Yoga - This class is open to all bodies! No experience needed. You will be guided through gentle yoga postures, which can be done on a yoga mat or on a chair. We will move and wake up our bodies, while relaxing and quieting the mind. Please bring a yoga mat.
Thursdays at the Upper Township Library, EXCEPT for the following dates in 2025:
Class on 1/16 will take place 6pm-7pm
ON HIATUS after class 5/22, returns 9/4
NO CLASS 11/27, 12/25
