Tai Chi & Qigong With Cheryl Crews & Denise Jones


Tai Chi exercises are simple and unhurried movements requiring no weights, extra equipment, or special clothing. The movements are art forms that can be performed anywhere, at anytime, to strengthen the body and mind and improve each and every body organ. Special ancient methods, yin and yang, are taught. There are some to relieve stress and tension (yin training), and qi energy methods used for power training (yang training). Wednesdays at the Lower Township Library - there will be two sessions each week at 10am and 11:30am. Attendees are welcome to join both.
