Wild Blackberries Presented by Colleen Rossi
In this unique class, we will meet at the library for an overview of Wild Blackberries of Cape May County. Recipes will be available for distribution during class. Then, after class, participants are welcome to meet up at a specified location that will be passed out at the end of class to pick wild blackberries together! The good news is the wild blackberries last for at least two weeks and you can go another day to pick even more for future recipes. Blackberries freeze very well!
Colleen Rossi is a 4th grade teacher and technology specialist with a wide range of interests. In addition to education, she is certified in yoga, theology and ministry, and counseling. She is a Philadelphia Half-Marathon finisher, has visited over 35 national parks in the U.S., is an avid hiker, and has years of experience as an ambassador for an elephant sanctuary!
