Caregivers Need Care Too Presented by Brooke Brimm, Visiting Angels
Visiting Angels cares about family caregivers who are shouldering the burden of caring for a loved one with dementia. We’re offering a monthly self-care meet-up just for you.
This is a 1-hour meeting that is designed to give caregivers an opportunity to release & express negative emotions related to caring for someone living with dementia. The activities will vary from month to month, but will include creative expression, journaling, movement meditation, and gentle yoga. Classes will be facilitated by Brooke Brimm, a certified yoga instructor with a master's level education in behavioral health.
