The Atlanta Science Festival, presented by Delta Air Lines, is a two-week celebration of science and technology taking place March 7-21, 2026. Explore the world of STEAM with approximately 150 interactive and educational events. Kids and adults alike can dive into a range of topics from backyard critters and brains to kitchen chemistry and science-centric storytelling. All Atlanta Science Festival events take place at venues throughout metro Atlanta. Many events are free and some require registration and/or a nominal fee. The festival culminates in the Exploration Expo (10 a.m.-4 p.m. March 21, Piedmont Park), a free, family-friendly event with hands-on activities and exhibits. Learn more: atlantasciencefestival.org.
