Overstory's Garden Party
Held on the hotel’s Emerald Terrace, the Garden Party will feature a refined selection of light bites for guests to enjoy at their leisure, like Whipped Asher Blue Caramelized Fig Crostini with Micro Herbs, Mini Brioche Citrus Lobster Rolls and Chicken Wellington Bites with Cilantro Chimichurri.
The Garden Risotto Station invites guests to customize creamy herb pecorino romano risotto with their choice of grilled shrimp, braised short rib or roasted chicken breast, along with toppings like spring peas, roasted tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, chopped walnuts and a selection of fresh herbs and spices. At the Carving Station, guests will enjoy Herb-Crusted Salmon served with Lemon Beurre Blanc, Dill Crème Fraiche, and an assortment of dinner rolls and accompaniments. For a sweet finale, the dessert selection includes Mini Strawberry Shortcakes, Lemon Lavender Bars and assorted Macarons.
Adding to the springtime ambiance, illustrator Raegan Rowland will be illustrating guests live throughout the event. Rowland brings each attendee’s likeness to life in just minutes, offering guests a truly unique and personalized memento. Live music will be provided by The Playback Trio, a unique local band known for blending today’s top hits with a contemporary jazz twist.
Tickets are $75 per person and include all food offerings, two craft cocktails and a preferred reservation at Overstory that evening.
