Zion’s Closet Community Donation Drop-Off
Love Beyond Walls and William M. Finch Elementary is inviting the community and neighboring businesses to join Zion’s Closet Community Donation Drop-off at 9am on Saturday, March 29th. Love Beyond Walls founder, Dr. Terence Lester and daughter, Zion launched Zion’s Closet to reduce the burden of poverty on students and ensure every child has an opportunity to thrive, regardless of their families income. Zion’s Closet is a school community resource room that provides students with everyday necessities to help them succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Who: Love Beyond Walls
What: Zion’s Closet Donation Drop-Off
When: Saturday, March 29th, 9am-12pm
Where: Finch Elementary (1114 Avon Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310)
Why: Drop-off items to support Zion’s Closet:
- dry food goods (i.e. canned vegetables, jarred sauces, pasta/rice boxes)
- household items (i.e. disinfectant wipes or spray, laundry detergent)
- hygiene products (i.e. toothpaste, deodorant, sanitizer)
- school supplies (i.e. composition books, spiral notebooks, clear book bags)
- clothing (i.e. navy or white collared shirts, solid khaki/tan pants, shorts, belts - all youth sizes)
