Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends Taco
  • Smoked pork belly burnt ends, chopped Frazie’s BBQ braised collard greens, pimento cheese crema, and thin sliced pickled jalapeño on a charred corn tortilla.
Smoked Brisket Birria Taco
  • Smoked brisket braised in a roasted tomato and jalapeño broth, Oaxaca cheese,  diced white onion, and fresh cilantro on a consommé-dipped fried corn tortilla, served with brisket consommé on the side.
