THE EYRIE WINE DINNER
Join us at Atlas on Wednesday, February 26, for an exclusive Eyrie Wine Dinner featuring a specially curated tasting menu by Chef Freddy, thoughtfully paired with back-vintage wines from Eyrie Vineyards. The evening will be hosted by Jason Lett, a second-generation winemaker and steward of one of Willamette Valley’s most prestigious wineries.
This unique event invites guests to experience Eyrie’s dedication to crafting wines naturally and patiently. Using traditional techniques such as native yeast fermentation for reds, skin contact for whites, and full natural malolactic fermentation, Eyrie creates complex and expressive wines that stand the test of time.
