RE:IMAGINE will host its premiere awards night, Dreamfest 2025, at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Assembly Atlanta, located at 2582 Assembly Blvd., Doraville, GA 30360. The highly anticipated event will honor Atlanta’s rising Gen-Z storytellers alongside the city’s most influential creative leaders.
Part of the RE:IMAGINE Events 2025 collection, Dreamfest will showcase the vibrancy of Atlanta’s entertainment industry through a night of music, storytelling, and community. Tickets will include live performances, networking opportunities, bites and beverages, and access to an open bar.

Guests will have the opportunity to connect with industry executives, RE:IMAGINE apprentices, educators, and honorees from top film and entertainment studios. The evening will also spotlight stories from RE:IMAGINE’s young filmmakers, whose work reflects the future of representative storytelling.
“Dreamfest is more than an awards show—it’s a celebration of the next generation of creators who are shaping the future of media and culture in Atlanta and beyond,” said Jessie Sparrow, Executive Director at RE:IMAGINE. “We are proud to honor the passion and creativity of our apprentices and partners, who make this community thrive.”
Proceeds from Dreamfest benefit RE:IMAGINE's mission to empower the next generation of diverse storytellers through mentorship, training, and industry connections. In addition to celebrating student and professional achievements, the evening will recognize the contributions of RE:IMAGINE dedicated board members: Lisa Ferrell, Marge Ramos, Tyler Edgarton, Iyan Bruce, Micah Ascano, DeaRonda Harrison, Steven Ray, Tricia Melton, Vicki Ramiey, Jeremy Marshall, and Deadra Waindi.
RE:IMAGINE has played a pivotal role in advancing the careers of emerging creatives through partnerships with organizations including the NBA Foundation, United Talent Agency, United Way of Greater Atlanta, and Explore Gwinnett. Its students and alumni have gained valuable experience, with many securing internships and paid on-set opportunities at major studios such as Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Lionsgate, and NBCUniversal.
