Drive-In Double Feature: MINECRAFT and DOG MAN

From April 17 to 20, the springtime family fun continues at the world's oldest drive-in! Enjoy an exciting double feature of the national phenomenon A MINECRAFT MOVIE, followed by DreamWorks' DOG MAN. On Saturday, April 19, Shankweiler's is proud to host our first-ever Spring Egg Hunt! We've scattered thousands of eggs under our iconic drive-in screen for an all-ages hunt starting at approximately 7:30pm. To ensure everyone has the best experience, participants will be grouped by age: starting with children ages 3 and under, followed by ages 4–7, and finally ages 8 and up. A host will be on hand to "referee" the activity and keep it running smoothly and fairly. We’ll also have FREE face painting by Aubrey of Luv Bug Face Painting, thanks to our partnership with the Creative Learning Lab in Allentown. And don’t miss a visit from a very special bunny friend, who will be hopping onto the field for photos and fun! Our Schedule April 17-20: 6:30pm – Gates open 8:15pm – A Minecraft Movie – PG 10:00pm – Dog Man – PG Sunday's movies will feature complete on-screen captions. The theater is open rain or shine.
