Honey Hollow Nature Center is proud to announce that it will host its inaugural Used and Rare Book Fair on Saturday, May 16th, 2026, from 10AM to 5PM. The fair will take place, rain or shine, at the 55-acre campus of the Nature Center located at 2877 Creamery Road in Solebury Township. The event is free and open to the public.
Expect to find many collectible items, including signed titles, first editions, oddities and obscurities alongside a fine crop of good-condition reading copies.
Program highlights include:
*11 AM— Lake Angela, former Poet Laureate of Bucks County, will serve as the featured reader, followed by poets Tricia Coscia, Steve Nolan, Robbin Farr, and Kevin Richard Kaiser.
*1 PM—James Mustich, Jr., author of 1000 Books to Read Before You Die, will moderate a "Battle of the Books" panel where five book lovers, including librarians from The Free Library of New Hope and Solebury and The Bucks County Free Library, will make the case for titles they think Jim should have included but didn’t.
*3 PM—Hayden Saunier, past Poet Laureate of Bucks County will be featured reader followed by Jane E. Mohler, Kevin Martin Taylor and two other local poets.
Readers will have an opportunity for an early look at the book selection for the fair at the Preview Event and Reception on Friday, May 15th from 6PM to 9PM where books will be available for sale.
