At Whit’s End
At Whit’s End is an acoustic trio featuring Steve Whitaker on guitar, Ed Woomer on dobro, and Scott Russell on bass, with all three contributing vocals. Steve and Ed are Bethlehem natives, while Scott hails from the Chicago area. Their performances blend original songs with popular swing and Americana selections, shaped by lively storytelling and moments drawn from the Lehigh Valley and beyond. This show marks their third New Year’s appearance at Godfrey Daniels, where they’ve become known for filling the room with warm humor, engaging tales, and standout musicianship. At Whit’s End has played locally at das Awkfest, the Blueberry Festival, and Celtic Fest, as well as festivals and venues throughout the Philadelphia region. Godfrey’s remains their favorite stage, and they promise an evening of good vibes, fun, and terrific tunes to welcome a winter’s night and a New Year.
