Lehigh Valley Aging in Place Symposium
An Educational Symposium for Caregivers and Professionals
Our LVAIP Coalition continues it’s commitment to community education by hosting a
special event geared to caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
Our morning session provides valuable resources on how to take care of yourself and
your loved one who is struggling with memory issues and the effects of dementia.
Our afternoon session offers continuing education (CEU) credits for Social Workers, Case Managers,
RNs and Administrators for Personal Care Homes/Assisted Living, Administratorsfor Skilled Nursing Facilities,
Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist. Social Workers *NASW fees don’t apply.
