Join us for a, "Jenna For Judge"' Meet and Greet on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 5:30–7:30 PM at Café 23 (318 Main Street, Emmaus, PA), followed by a special forum on establishing a Veterans Treatment Court within the Lehigh County Court System. Jenna Fliszar, candidate for Lehigh County Judge, will join Christopher Yarnell, CPS, President & CEO of Battle Borne, to discuss how this specialized docket will offer veterans—many of whom face mental‐health or substance‐use challenges—judicially supervised treatment, mentoring, and community‐based support rather than incarceration. Together with Rebekah Doyle, owner of Café 23, Michael Madden, from the Lehigh Valley Elite Network, they will explore how a Veterans Court can honor our heroes’ service and help them rebuild their lives at home. Come support our veterans and meet the leaders championing this vital initiative!
Jenna M. Fliszar, a seasoned attorney with more than 14 years of legal experience, today announced her candidacy for Judge of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas. Running on both the Republican and Democratic primary ballots on May 20, Fliszar brings a diverse background in criminal defense, child advocacy, and municipal law to her campaign.
As the founding attorney of Fliszar Law Office, LLC in Lower Macungie Township, she has represented hundreds of clients in criminal matters—most notably serving as co‐counsel with District Attorney Gavin Holihan in the defense of South Whitehall Police Officer Jonathan Roselle, who was acquitted in a 2020 Dorney Park–area shooting. In her capacity as court‐appointed counsel in dependency proceedings, Fliszar has advocated for both children and parents in cases involving Children and Youth Services, and has served as Guardian Ad Litem for foster‐care youth, ensuring their voices are heard in court.
In addition to her private practice, Fliszar serves as Assistant City Solicitor for Bethlehem, leading the litigation division and advising municipal departments including police, fire, and EMS. She is active in the local bar community as Vice President—and incoming President‐Elect—of the Bar Association of Lehigh County and sits on the board of Lehigh Valley Pre‐Trial Services. A recipient of the Legal Eagle Award, she also shares her expertise as an adjunct professor at Cedar Crest College and Northampton Community College.
A lifelong Lehigh Valley resident, Fliszar holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Alvernia University. She and her husband, Greg, live in Lehigh County, where they remain committed to fostering a community grounded in fairness, integrity, and public safety.
