7th Street Studios is thrilled to present "Nautical Flow", an exhibition of new work by Meadowbrook, PA abstract expressionist artist Anna Keiser.
Included in this exhibition are over 17 recent paintings featuring bold colors and evolving patterns which “captures the essence of movement and light.” For this new series, Anna drew inspiration from her joyful experiences boating on the Chesapeake Bay. Flat hues transform into dimensional forms, reflecting light and creating mesmerizing visual rhythms that evoke the fluidity of water and the serenity of coastal travel.
Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Anna discovered her passion for art early in life and later earned a B.A. in Fine Art from Shippensburg University, exploring a variety of creative disciplines.
She founded Allegheny Art Company, a retail art supply store in Jenkintown, where she spent over 20 years immersed in the local art community. This environment played a pivotal role in shaping her signature style—characterized by colorful, layered compositions featuring geometric shapes, numerals, and rhythmic patterns.
