Veterans Day events
The annual Veterans Day program, sponsored by the Los Lunas Invested in Veterans Events, the village of Los Lunas and Blue Star Mothers of Valencia County, will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 11, at the Daniel D. Fernandez Memorial Park in Los Lunas. The guest speaker will be retired Gen. Andrew Salas, with a medley to be performed by the Jubilation! Barbershop Singers.
A Veterans Day event will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Nov. 11, at the Belen Veterans Memorial at Eagle Park, 305 Eagle Lane, in Belen.
The city of Rio Communities will hold a Veterans Day ceremony from 9-11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 11, at Rio Communities City Hall, 360 Rio Communities Blvd. They will have presentation of colors, guest speakers and more.
