In celebration of Deaf Awareness Month, this month's Second Saturdays Comedy Night will feature a professional ASL interpreter during the comedy show.
Deaf and hard-of-hearing guests are welcome and invited to join us! We’re excited to make the show more accessible and inclusive for our local community.
ASL interpretation will be provided throughout the performance.
This stacked lineup features some of the Southwest’s funniest voices, blending stand-up, storytelling, and a touch of chaos for the perfect Saturday night vibe.
π€ Robert Eyster - He's been doing comedy in Albuquerque since he moved here 9 years ago. He has appeared in the Albuquerque Funny Fiesta, at open mics around town, and recently at UNM hospital neuroscience trauma center.
π€ Sarina Ochoa - A rising Albuquerque favorite known for her quick wit and fearless humor, Sarina has opened for comedy greats like Laurie Kilmartin and was Runner-Up at One-Liner Madness 2024. Her high-energy style keeps the crowd laughing from start to finish.
π€ Dean Jernigan - Navy vet and single parent, Dean brings the higher energy heat with his keen sense of humor and contagious smile. He's featured for national acts included Bobcat Goldthwait, Chris Kattan, and Steve Rannazzisi. Dean is also the host of The History Pot podcast available wherever you get your podcast.
π€ Catherine Shea - Single mom, crow lover, and stand up-comedian Catherine Shea spouts wisdom with none of the facts but all of the answers. Catherine connects with audiences with her warm and yet ever so slightly subversive comedy. Don't miss a chance to see what that's all about!
π€ Stef Darnell - A comedian originally from Atlanta but now based in Albuquerque, he has wowed audiences, sharing the stage and hanging with comedy greats like Mark Normand and Jim Jefferies. Stef has performed all over the US, while on tour in Iraq, and has opened for heavy hitters like Eddie Pepitone, JT Habersaat, and more.
