This lecture will take place at 2:00 pm at Petroglyph National Monument's Information Center, located at the intersection of Unser Blvd. NW at Western Trail. It will be held outdoors on the patio. Bench seating is available. Audience is welcome to bring a seat pad or their own comfortable chair. As a Prehistorian, Dr. Stewart has relied on solid evidence such as Mandinka language inscriptions, “show-and -tell petroglyphs” and Native American myth and art in addition to archeological reports and Spanish documents. The surprises that Dr. Stewart will reveal are the unique method of transportation and the probable ultimate end result of the imperial expedition.
