Outpost Jazz & Latin Music Classes for Youth & Adults Spring Session

Outpost's popular Jazz & Latin Music Classes for Youth & Adults are taught by the esteemed Outpost team comprising saxophonist Kanoa Kaluhiwa; bassist Rodney Bowe; trumpeter Paul Gonzales; and percussionist/trombonist, César Bauvallet. All classes cover music theory, ear training, solo development, song forms and various rhythm section approaches and aim to build positive attitudes, trust, teamwork cooperation, confidence, compassion and a sense of humor—skills and values that will serve participants well beyond the workshop and throughout their entire educations and lives.
