No-Cost Diabetes Education & Screenings

This event is open to everyone and includes a Fresh Harvest Market with no-cost produce for all, as well as no-cost diabetes screenings and self-management education classes aimed at increasing awareness and prevention of diabetes. Day 1 (April 1): Diabetes Self-Management Education 1. Day 2 (April 2): Fresh Harvest Market & Diabetes Screenings in the Care Van. (No-cost produce and health screenings for all). Day 3 (April 3): Cooking Demonstration with The Sprouting Kitchen. Day 4 (April 4): Diabetes Self-Management Education 2 (virtual).
