Sue Forbes Art Showcase in Valley Falls
My name is Sue Forbes
I am a retired teacher from Hoosic Valley. Since
retirement I started to try art, at first with acrylics.
Then alcohol ink and recently watercolor.
All my paintings have been given as gifts. My display
features framed photographs of my paintings which
are for sale.
Every day when I paint I learn something new and it
has caused me to search for something I can use to
help me with a specific effect.
For Example:
- The point of a sewing needle
• Shaving cream, elmers glue
Q-tips, sponges, dried leaves, tooth brush
The sleeve of an old cross country shirt
