PicklePalozza: Community Fair & Pickleball Tourney

Grab your paddle and partner for PicklePalooza 2025, hosted by the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce! This “friendly” pickleball tournament will take place at Elm Avenue Town Park in Delmar on Saturday, May 3. (In the event of rain, the tournament will be rescheduled to Sunday, May 4.) This event is geared toward beginner players 2.5-3.5 skill level Guidance will be provided on the registration page to help participants determine the appropriate division. The tournament will feature three divisions at each skill level: Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles. Registration is $40 per team, with each team guaranteed four games. The top four teams in each division will advance to the semi-finals, followed by finals and a medal ceremony. Each level will conclude with a medal ceremony following the Finals. Players in this “friendly” tournament will make their own line calls and report scores after each game. “We want to thank SABIC, Owens Corning, WellNow, AllPhase, Merriman and Pfister, and all of our sponsors who will help make it possible to offer this exciting new event to the community—whether you're on the pickleball court or enjoying the festival,” said Teri Spina, President of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce. Adjacent to the tournament, the public will be invited to the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce Community Festival, sponsored by SABIC, at the Large Pavilion next to the pickleball courts. The festival will be free and open from 10 AM to 6 PM. It will include: Music by DJ Nate Deurcher, Food trucks, Kona Ice truck; local vendors, games, and the Merriman and Pfister Artists’ Market.
