CURTAIN CALL THEATRE PRESENTS “Good Night, Oscar” Latham, NY -- Curtain Call Theatre is presenting Good Night, Oscar by Doug Wright. The play is Directed by Barbara Richards. Oscar Levant, 1950s character actor, amazing pianist and famous wit, was also an over-medicated, neurotic mess — a very difficult person but a brilliant talk show guest. This play describes one astonishing evening in 1958 on NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jack Parr”, where Oscar seems to have gone down in flames, bringing Parr, NBC and live television with him. The cast includes Ben Amey, Hasson Harris, Aidan McKenna, Eric-Jon Tasker, Cameron Clarke Stevens, Sarah Wasserbach and Gregor Wynnyczuk. Set Design by Lauren Barber, Lighting Design by Annie Garrett-Larsen, Sound Design by Alex Dietz-Kest, Costume Design by Denise Dygert, and Stage Management by Rebecca Gardner. The play opens on Thursday, May 7, 2026 and runs through Sunday, May 24, 2026. Performances are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm, and Sundays at 2pm. There will be one Saturday matinee performance at 2pm on May 16, 2026. Curtain Call Theatre is dedicated to offering quality theatre in an intimate space.
