Alzheimers' Caregivers Support Group
If you are a caregiver for someone with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia and you are seeking support from others, please join us. Our group is supported by other caregivers at various stages of this disease. This group is a great information sharing opportunity to help other caregivers and share your story. We meet on the 4th Monday of each month at 3:00 pm for one hour at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 85 Elm Ave, Delmar NY.
