Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group
Are you a caregiver for someone with Alzheimer's or another form of Dementia? Attend our support group to build a support system with people who understand. We have caregivers that are in the beginning of their caregiving journey to caregivers who are seasoned. Let us help you so we can help each others. We meet every 4th Monday of the month at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 85 Elm Ave, Delmar NY.
