The story is simple, or is it? Two middle aged women, very different lives, become roommates. There is space to share, lives that intersect changes they trigger in each other and are those changes for their good?
Sharon, a midwesterner, lives alone in her house in Iowa, and welcomes Robyn, a transplant from the Bronx. As they get to know one another as roommates, they learn things about the other, and themselves, that they may never have explored before. This foundation that Silverman creates brings the audience a story that is at once hilarious and poignant.
