Watercolor Workshop at Waterford Historical Museum
Join us at the Waterford Historical Museum & Cultural Center for a special Watercolor Workshop led by local artist Rainier Bernhardt! He's an accomplished artist whose work can be seen on some of Troy's electrical boxes. Rainier will guide participants through techniques to create your own watercolor masterpiece.
