Cathy Manus-Gray will lead you on an exploration of how mindfulness and creativity can work together to enhance your well-being and improve your ability to stay present and engaged in everyday life.
You'll create three unique collages, each designed to encourage reflection and engagement with different mindful concepts.
This simple, relaxing art form serves as both a fun and meaningful process, helping you tap into your creativity and experience the benefits of mindfulness such as increased presence and focus in a tangible, hands-on way.
By the end of the class, you'll leave with collages and a deeper understanding of how creativity can serve as a powerful path to self-awareness.
No prior artistic experience is necessary. All materials will be provided.
