Bolivian Baroque! With Les Délices and Firestone Choirs
NO TICKETS REQUIRED for this FREE event! Les Délices returns to Akron’s iconic community events center for a free, one-hour performance with choral students from Firestone CLC. Les Délices’ ensemble of recorder, violins, baroque guitar, and percussion will perform 17th and 18th century instrumental music from Latin America as well as accompany Firestone choirs in works by Sebastian Durón and Manuel Correa that combines Indigenous, European, and African influences.
