Event Format:
Pairing event – four small bites paired with four wine pairings
Led by Cave Operations Manager, Eric Rabin
Seating for this event will be mixed groups of 8 at round tables.

White Asparagus Soup paired with Fioretto
Frisee Salad Spinach and Frisee, Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Strawberry Vinaigrette paired with Lascito
Roasted Lamb Chops Scallion Salsa Verde paired with Unita
Mini Lavender Pavlova Honey Custard, Blackberries paired with Dolce Sera

LOCATION: The Villa Grande Ballroom (See Property Map >.)
DURATION: The event will last approximately 45 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes prior to event start time.
TICKETS & SEATING: Seating for this event will be mixed groups of 8 at round tables. If you wish to be seated with another group and are purchasing tickets separately, please fill out the event seating request form after purchasing your tickets. We will use our best efforts to accommodate group requests when notified in advance. It is often not possible to accommodate group seating requests at the door. If one member of the group can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together.
Enjoy lunch or dinner before or after the event in one of our restaurants: The Bistro (reservations recommended) The Crush House and The Still House cocktail lounge.
