Cuyahoga Valley Art Center’s Winter Exhibition, displayed January 21 through February 27, 2025, invites the community to experience a diverse range of artworks from local artists. The Winter Exhibition displays artwork spanning across seven distinct categories: Watercolor Media, Water-Based Media, Oil-Based Media, Dry Media, Mixed Media, 3-Dimensional Media, and Photographic Media. Each category was thoughtfully juried resulting in a captivating display of local artistry.
But the true heart of the Winter Exhibition is the community. Cuyahoga Valley Art Center encourages the public to participate in its People’s Choice selection process, allowing them to vote for their favorite artworks in all seven categories. This democratic approach gives the public a voice in recognizing and celebrating the works that resonate with them.
This voting will conclude at 6:30 pm during the Artist Reception on Friday, February 14, 2025, running from 5:30 to 7 pm in Cuyahoga Valley Art Center’s main gallery. This free event offers patrons a unique opportunity to connect with the artists, enjoy refreshments, and explore the diverse art on display. It’s a celebration of both art and community.
